      Shen Yun 2018 Vacation Photos (Part 2) (Preview)

    8. Looking down at the ruins of Trenčín Castle's fortifications from Matúš Tower. The castle, which dates back to Roman times, houses a museum of the region's history and is a National Culture Monument of Slovakia.

    15. In the center of the Piazza del Duomo, in Italy, the Fountain of Neptune stands. The Roman god of the sea, with his trident, watches over the bustling activity of Trento's main square.
    16. Lago di Caldonazzo, the largest lake entirely in the Trentino-Alto Adige region of Italy, is particularly enchanting at twilight.

    18. No vacation to Peru is complete without a visit to the ruins of Machu Picchu, a once sophisticated mountaintop city of the Inca civilization.

    20. They also take a tour of the Salineras de Maras. These ancient salt mines were dug into the side of the Andes Mountains, making for an impressive sight.
    21. Next on the itinerary, the Incan ruins of Moray. The exact purpose of these concentric terraces is unknown, but the soil used in their construction was brought from different regions of the Incan empire, and the way they were designed creates a temperature difference of up to 15°C between the top and bottom rings. Some theorize it was an ancient agricultural laboratory.

    27. Our intrepid bassist also goes mountain climbing. Mt Rinjani, an active volcano on the island of Lombok, Indonesia, is 3,726 meters (12,224 feet) above sea level. No matter, TK is up to the challenge.
