I’ve been seeing Shen Yun on billboards forever and always told myself I’d watch it someday—and it finally happened yesterday, February 7th! I got to experience it with my bestie. The show is absolutely spectacular and magical. The dancers are incredibly graceful and talented, and the costumes are vibrant, brilliant, and beautifully crafted. I also loved the music and sound, made even more powerful by the live orchestra. It was truly a breathtaking and beautiful experience!

I have known about Shen Yun for quite a long time. I was finally fortunate enough to have the opportunity to witness the magnificent spectacle of Shen Yun in person on January 30, 2026, at the Taipei Performing Arts Center in Taiwan. The entire presentation of Shen Yun was absolutely astonishing, as it embodies rich and noble artistic, philosophical, as well as cultural and spiritual values. The artists of Shen Yun demonstrated their incredible talents with perfection, presenting a beauty beyond imagination. I was particularly impressed by the dances featuring Emperor Kang Xi, Zhang Guolao, and the one about the Monkey King. There were numerous dance pieces showcasing martial arts and kung fu techniques, in which the dancers demonstrated extremely difficult movements with ease, as if their bodies were weightless. They flew, jumped, and rolled effortlessly. They must have undergone long periods of rigorous training to master such remarkable technical skills as well as artistic excellence.
